CANCELLATIONS :

  • Should you be forced to cancel your reservation make sure to inform us speedily by E-mail or other means of communication.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM DESTINATION

  • on reception of your enquiry we will reply you by E-mail or fax as soon as possible;
  • will inform you speedily should a trekking be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances;
  • will suggest alternative trekking if such cancellation may be occurred;
  • guarantees that environment friendly trips are operated;
  • guarantees that its groups will be accompanied by enough staff, who will be insured against personal accidents;
  • guarantees its guests in case of illness, accident or physical unfitness, they will be taken back to a nearest safe place by appropriate means. But all costs will be charged to you as extra (an insurance that covers such including the emergency helicopter evacuation is highly suggested);

WHAT DESTINATION TREKS & EXPEDITIONS EXPECTS FROM YOU

  • 25% advance payment upon reception of the confirmation of the trips.
  • final payment on arrival in Kathmandu;
  • you are completely informed and aware of the difficulty, the hardship and the risks of mountain trekking that you accept; if in doubt about your fitness, make sure you are in appropriate physical condition according to your doctor;
  • information about personal medical problems should be made available to us; please bring your own medical kit;
  • you are aware that on certain off-track trekking in remote parts of the country there is no medical help available;
  • you are asked to respect Nepalese local culture and nature;
  • you shall bring adequate personal equipment and clothing recommended by us;
  • individuals are supposed to share a room or a tent with others;
  • owing to unacceptable behavior towards the staff, Nepalese people or other guests or inappropriate physical condition you may be sent back to Katmandu without refunding or compensation;
